We are seeking a detail-oriented, strategic, and experienced Accounting Manager to lead our accounting operations. To oversee daily accounting activities, ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain compliance with regulations, and support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and the general ledger.
  • Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Monitor analyze accounting data to produce financial reports and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and other relevant financial regulations.
  • Oversee the preparation of tax returns and manage relationships with auditors and tax advisors.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accounting processes align with company goals and operations.
  • Identify areas for improvement in accounting processes and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred).

  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
