As a Strategic Accounts Manager at B. Braun you plays a crucial role in driving sales growth and fostering strong relationships with key accounts within our multinational medical device company. This position is responsible for managing a portfolio of key customers, developing strategic account plans, and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize customer satisfaction.
Your key responsibilities:
- Strategic Alignment : Craft and execute account plans that align with corporate growth objectives and customer priorities.
- Key Relationship Management : Build trusted partnerships with healthcare providers and systems to ensure long-term engagement.
- Executive-Level Engagement : Drive C-suite collaboration to unlock strategic opportunities and system-wide initiatives.
- Commercial Leadership : Lead contract negotiations and support sales execution to maximize value and profitability.
- Market Intelligence : Deliver insights on market dynamics and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and solution delivery.
- Performance Reporting : Maintain CRM accuracy and provide leadership with clear, data-driven performance updates.

- Experienced Leader : 10+ years in medical device sales and key account management, with 3+ years in senior roles.
- Strategic Achiever : Proven success in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong Communicator : Skilled in stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and relationship building.
- Analytical Thinker : Adept at market analysis and strategic decision-making.
- Tech-Savvy : Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
