PRIMARY PURPOSE:

To assist the Operations Manager in the Management of the Operations Department and ensure that all Logistical requirements of respective detachment are complied with and support to ensure that all manpower needed by respective clients have complied.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

a. In charge of the preparation of the Security Survey, Security Plan, and other pertinent documents being required for bidding or proposal to the client.

b. Manage the monitoring of the submission of the Roster of Troops, and Logistics Inventory. Ensure that all Inspectors are submitting this every month on the 18th of the Month.

c. Assist in checking of Investigation reports of the Investigator before submission to respective clients.

d. To attend client meetings on face-to-face meetings or online meetings as required by clients.

e. Ensure that all reports being received are well communicated to Operations Manager. If the reports needed the attention of the investigator they should be copied on the reports. A tripartite process for the dissemination of all information must be followed consistently, the Operations Manager, Deputy Operations Manager 1, and Deputy Operations Manager 2 must be well informed on all the problems of Operations.

f. Attend to the needs and requirements at Client Audit for respective clients, face-to-face or online audit.

g. Assist with Collection and billings on proper communication to respective clients.

h. Other Tasks that may be assigned by the Management from time to time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
