Operations Auditor Specialists

The Operations Audit Specialist is responsible for ensuring all Hola Coffee stores and kiosks across the Philippines maintain the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and service. This role involves conducting frequent on-site audits, analyzing store performance, and supporting staff training to uphold brand integrity and operational stability.

Key Responsibilities

1. On-site Audit and Performance Monitoring

* Develop and execute monthly audit plans for all company and franchised locations throughout the Philippines.

* Conduct thorough on-site inspections to assess compliance with brand standards for cleanliness, beverage preparation, service, and food safety.

* Prepare detailed audit reports for each store, highlighting areas of non-compliance and providing actionable feedback for improvement.

2. Communication and Follow-up

* Communicate audit findings and improvement plans directly with store managers, franchisees, and the head office team.

* Track and document the implementation of corrective actions to ensure issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner.

* Maintain and update all working files related to store operations and audit data.

3. Training and Team Collaboration

* Provide support for training new employees and franchisees on operational procedures and brand standards.

* Serve as a key liaison between the operations team and other departments, ensuring a cohesive approach to brand management and quality control.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

* Mobility: Must be willing and able to travel and perform on-site audits personally across all regions of the Philippines.

* Experience: Prior working experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred, with a strong understanding of high-standard operational procedures.

* Skills: Must have a high degree of honesty and loyalty to the company. Possess strong analytical, logical thinking, and communication skills to effectively deal with data and interact with various stakeholders.

* Mindset: Eager to learn new skills, capable of handling job challenges, and can perform under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php19,500.00 per month
