Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing all store operations, including merchandise inventory and monitoring, cashiering duties, and administrative tasks, while ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that store meets or surpasses the sales target of the store.
  • Ensure that cashiering and administrative duties are properly upheld.
  • Manage merchandise inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stock monitoring.
  • Supervise product display and merchandising to optimize sales and customer engagement.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and service providers to manage product deliveries and installations
  • Report to senior management regarding store performance, challenges, and opportunities for growth
  • Analyze sales trends and inventory levels to inform purchasing and staffing decisions.
  • Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to boost revenue.
