Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Ticketing and Reservation Officer to join our dynamic team. As Reservation Officer, you will be responsible for processing ticket reservations, ensuring accuracy, and providing superior customer service. You will play a crucial role in helping our clients book their dream vacations while navigating complex travel itineraries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and issue airline tickets, rail passes, and other travel-related documents accurately and efficiently.

  • Assist clients with travel inquiries, providing information on fares, schedules, and travel policies.

  • Ensure compliance with ticketing rules, regulations, and company policies.

  • Collaborate with travel consultants to manage customer bookings and resolve any ticketing issues or discrepancies.

  • Handle changes, refunds, and exchanges, providing exceptional support to clients throughout the process.

  • Stay updated on travel industry trends, airline policies, and fare structures to provide clients with the best options.

  • Maintain organized records of ticket sales and transactions in accordance with company standards.

  • Provide outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • A passion for travel and knowledge of popular destinations is a plus.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
