About the Role:

We are seeking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservations Supervisor to lead our reservations team. This role ensures efficient booking processes, maximizes room revenue, and delivers exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations of the reservations department
  • Monitor and manage room inventory and rate strategies
  • Train, support, and evaluate reservations staff
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve booking issues promptly
  • Collaborate with Sales and Front Office teams to optimize occupancy
  • Generate reports and analyze booking trends

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in hotel reservations or front office operations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in hotel PMS (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
