We're looking for a Reservations Supervisor to lead our reservations team and ensure every booking is handled with precision, warmth, and efficiency.

Role Overview:

As the Reservations Supervisor, you'll oversee daily operations of the reservations department, manage room inventory, monitor booking trends, and collaborate with sales and front office teams to maximize occupancy and revenue. You'll be the go-to person for training agents, resolving booking issues, and ensuring our guests receive top-tier service from the moment they inquire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support the reservations team to meet performance goals
  • Monitor room availability and rate strategies in coordination with revenue management
  • Handle group bookings, special requests, and VIP reservations
  • Ensure accurate data entry and system updates in the PMS platforms
  • Analyze booking patterns and generate reports for management
  • Train new staff and conduct regular performance reviews
  • Resolve guest complaints related to reservations with professionalism and empathy

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel reservations or front office operations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio, or similar)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of revenue optimization strategies
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • High attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction
