
Reservations Associate

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Reservations Associate to manage guest bookings and inquiries efficiently. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth reservation experience and maximizing occupancy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming reservation calls, emails, and online bookings
- Provide accurate information on room availability, rates, and services
- Process modifications, cancellations, and special requests
- Maintain up-to-date records in the Property Management System (PMS)
- Coordinate with Front Office and Sales teams to ensure seamless guest experience
- Assist in monitoring room inventory and rate strategies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hotel reservations or customer service preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with hotel PMS (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
