Position: Ticketing Agent

Location: Marketplace, Ayala Center Cebu Branch

Qualifications:

  • At least College Level / Graduate of any course
  • With or without experience (training will be provided)
  • Knowledge in ticketing systems is a plus
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with booking, rebooking, and ticket inquiries
  • Provide accurate travel and ticketing information
  • Handle payments and ensure proper documentation
  • Maintain excellent customer service at all times
