Position: Ticketing Agent

Location: Marketplace, Ayala Center Cebu Branch
Qualifications:
- At least College Level / Graduate of any course
- With or without experience (training will be provided)
- Knowledge in ticketing systems is a plus
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with booking, rebooking, and ticket inquiries
- Provide accurate travel and ticketing information
- Handle payments and ensure proper documentation
- Maintain excellent customer service at all times
