HR Assistant

The HR Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources team. This role will focus primarily on document filing, record maintenance, and assisting in various HR functions such as recruitment coordination, employee documentation, and data management. The position is ideal for fresh graduates who wish to gain hands-on experience in the different facets of HR in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and organize employee files and HR records (both physical and digital).
- Assist in the preparation, scanning, and updating of HR documents such as employment contracts, 201 files, and other personnel records.
- Support HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration as needed.
- Assist in monitoring and updating HR databases and spreadsheets for accuracy and completeness.
- Help facilitate the scheduling of interviews, meetings, and HR activities.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee information.
- Perform other administrative and HR-related tasks as may be assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Open to fresh graduates; experience in HR or administrative work is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Willing to work on-site and on a 1-year contract basis.
