HR Admin Operations Associate

The HR Administrative Operations Associate supports the HR Department in daily operations across recruitment, employee relations, documentation, and general administration. This role ensures smooth HR processes, contributes to a positive employee experience, and supports efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and conducting initial interviews for assigned roles.
- Coordinate interview schedules, candidate communication, and follow-ups.
- Post job ads and monitor applicant flow.
- Identify basic hiring bottlenecks and escalate when necessary.
- Support report preparation, tracker updates, and ATS monitoring for senior HR review.
- Maintain partnerships with schools, job boards, and talent providers.
- Assist in coordinating and documenting internship program activities.
- Support basic employee relations tasks, including documentation and concern tracking.
- Assist in onboarding sessions, engagement activities, and employee events.
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and employee records for accuracy.
- Prepare forms, announcements, and documentation to support policy implementation.
- Provide administrative support such as filing, records management, and supply coordination.
- Help maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
- Assist with HR initiatives assigned by the HR Supervisor/Manager (e.g., surveys, process updates, policy drafts).
- Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and project materials.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate HR-related processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition; experience in fast-paced or startup environments is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes, HR documentation, and employee support.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Organized, proactive, and able to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in dynamic and evolving environments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
