Insular Life is looking for a motivated HR Associate who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to meaningful HR initiatives. This is a 12-month project-based role ideal for fresh graduates who want hands-on experience in various HR functions.

What You'll Do:

You will be trained and involved in key HR activities such as:

  • Employee Engagement – Assist in planning, organizing, and executing employee activities and events.
  • Talent Acquisition – Support end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • HRIS Migration – Participate in system data migration, clean-up, and testing as part of our digital HR transformation.
  • Training & Development – Help coordinate trainings, maintain learning records, and support program logistics.
  • General HR Support – Assist in various HR projects and initiatives across multiple HR facets.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources, or related programs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Willing to work in Alabang on a hybrid setup (3x onsite per week)

Work Arrangement:

Location: Insular Life Corporate Centre, Alabang

Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH

Employment Type: Project-Based (12 months)
