It is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and sales performance. The role involves collaborating with sales teams to ensure effective in-store displays, promotions, and product placements. The assistant also tracks merchandising activities, prepares reports, and ensures compliance with brand guidelines. This position requires strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills to contribute to achieving sales targets and brand visibility.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Experience in merchandising or retail operations

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
