· Ensure accurate calculation, tracking, and timely payout of incentives.

· Address irregularities and support compliance with attendance policies.

· Weekly Efficiency Reports (WER)

· Compile and analyze weekly performance and efficiency reports.

· Highlight trends and areas for operational improvement

· Cash Advance Management

· Fleet Management

· Promotional Utilization Tracking

· Monitor the deployment and effectiveness of trade promotions.

· Track spending versus returns and provide reports for marketing and sales alignment.

· Distributor Scorecard Monitoring

· Maintain performance dashboards for distributors covering sales, compliance, claims, and financial KPIs.

· Identify underperformance and recommend actions for improvement.

· Claims Management

· Review and process sales and trade-related claims.

· Ensure claims are valid, justified, and resolved within agreed timelines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, trade marketing, or performance management within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong exposure to sales operations, route-to-market models, and distributor management is preferred.
