Job Location Metrotiles Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines (Affiliate in Makati) Position HR Generalist (Direct Hire) We are hiring two (2) HR Generalists (Direct Hire) for our affiliate companies located in Makati. Salary Php 23,000-25,000 Responsibilities Manage employee records (201 file), including new hire onboarding, terminations, and updating employee information in the database. Manage recruitment activities such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Monitor and manage employee time off requests, including sick leave, vacation, and personal days. Process payroll, manage employee benefits, and ensure timely and accurate information is provided. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters. Maintain compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Manage and record all incoming and outgoing documents. Document daily administrative tasks; maintain the record and files accurately. Update inventory of available supplies and materials; create requests for needed supplies. Serve as point of contact of the showroom in the absence of the Sales team. Manage petty cash system. Organize filing of records: sales invoices, checks, cash vouchers, delivery receipts, etc., ensuring confidentiality. Co‑ordinate schedules, arrange meetings, distribute memos and reports, and ensure everyone is kept current on company news. Other functions/tasks may be delegated by the department head. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Preferably 2‑3 years experience in general HR roles, with progressive responsibility. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices. Knowledge in payroll systems and HRIS. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism. Problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to make informed decisions under pressure. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
