About the role

Golden Tree Restaurant and Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Human Resource professional to join our team in Lipa City, Batangas. As a full-time Human Resource specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, employee engagement, training and development, and compliance with labour laws and regulations.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the full employee life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and exit procedures
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure efficient and compliant operations
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and foster career growth
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including payroll, leave management, and retirement plans
  • Serve as a strategic business partner, providing HR guidance and support to managers and department heads
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work culture, fostering employee engagement and morale

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, regulations, and best practices in human resource management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of the organisation
  • Proficient in the use of HR software and technology, including HR information systems and data analytics
  • Ability to think strategically, problem-solve, and make data-driven decisions
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
