What the HR Generalist does

As an HR Generalist, you will be the primary person taking care of employees and work to drive positive change. You will be in charge of Employee or Labor Relations and act as an advisor to stakeholders on people-related issues.

Responsibilities
  • Do NTE review and validation.
  • Conduct the initial investigation and administrative hearing. Make recommendations for decisions, ensuring alignment with the company code of conduct.
  • Handle DOLE cases, data management, and data accuracy.
  • Act as the advisor to stakeholders for all people-related issues/concerns.
  • Conduct FGDs and policy roadshows.
  • Handle employee grievances.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience (BPO experience preferred on a generalist or supervisory level).
  • Strong background in employee/labor relations.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Willing to work on-site and on a night shift/rotating schedule.
