About the Role Karl Group Holdings Corporation is seeking a reliable and hands-on HR Generalist to manage the full spectrum of human resources operations. The role ensures smooth implementation of HR systems and policies across recruitment, performance management, payroll, engagement, and compliance, supporting both employees and management toward operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Recruitment and Selection Manage end-to-end hiring process for staff and key roles Coordinate with department heads to meet manpower requirements Performance and Employee Management Track employee performance and probationary assessments Support KPI alignment, appraisal, and feedback initiatives Compensation and Benefits Maintain accurate employee records for SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other benefits Assist in reviewing compensation structures and benefits implementation Payroll and HRIS Handle payroll data, leave tracking, and deductions with accuracy Update and maintain HRIS for attendance and employee records Employee Engagement and Relations Organize employee activities, recognition programs, and events Foster open communication and a positive workplace culture HR Compliance and Documentation Ensure compliance with DOLE standards and internal policies Support policy updates, audits, and employee handbook implementation Organizational Development Maintain and update organizational charts Assist in developing scalable HR processes aligned with company growth Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience , preferably in a generalist capacity Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll processing, and government benefits Proficient in HRIS or HR automation tools Excellent communication, organization, and coordination skills Can work independently and collaborate effectively with management Why Join Us Be part of a company with strong HR foundations and room for growth Opportunity to handle full HR functions and help improve established systems Supportive environment that values initiative, teamwork, and professional development #J-18808-Ljbffr
