I. Job Summary
Key Account Specialist is an individual dedicated to marketing, selling and supporting a specific type of customer. He/she will be responsible for identifying opportunities to increase sales, customer satisfaction, developing and executing account plans.
II. Roles and Responsibilities
The Key Account Specialist is in charge of hitting the target and growing the business of an assigned Key Account.
The KAS is also responsible in ensuring that Pioneer products are visible through the right merchandising guidelines and available in adherence to Retail Performance Standard. He/She is also responsible to ensure smooth implementation and execution of the plans and programs in the stores
Volume
•Deliver set objectives for the assigned Key Account/s
•Grow the total business and categories
•Grow key accounts through the execution of programs and regular engagement
•Provide insights and analysis on Key Accounts
•Maintain a manageable inventory on Key Accounts
Distribution
•Maintain an effective and efficient distribution with the balance of ANP spend and incremental
- Achieve set numeric and weighted distribution
- Execution of Retail Performance Standard
- On Shelf Availability monitoring on a per branch level
- Merchandising
- Achieve visibility of Pioneer products in all branches of Key Accounts
- Execution of National and Local merchandising initiatives
- Execution of Fix It Centers, if applicable
Promotion
•Execution of National and Local Programs
•Ensure proper documentationData Management
•Maintains Account Sales Database
•Maintains Account Database
•Safekeeping / securing of pertinent documents
Submission of regular reports
•Conducts Business Review with Key Accounts
•Monthly Reconciliation with Pioneer and Key Account Finance Team
•Perform / facilitate B.O. returns based on agreement
•Manage ANP spending and with incremental sales
•Process required tasks in Acumatica, whatever applicable
•AR Collection from Key Accounts
•Sales Forecasting

III. Qualifications and Education Requirements
•College level / graduate preferably degree course in Marketing, Business, or any related field
•Fresh Graduate
