We are seeking a results-driven Key Accounts Sales Executive to manage and grow our key client base in the North Luzon area. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in selling construction materials or home building products, with strong account management skills and the ability to develop long-term relationships with key clients, contractors, and developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow key accounts in the assigned North or Central Luzon territory
- Build strong client relationships with contractors, developers, and retailers
- Identify new sales opportunities and execute strategies to increase market share
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience in construction or home building materials
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willing to travel within North Luzon/ Central area
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
