Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented AR Specialist with strong communication and analytical skills to support efficient billing, collections, and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations with accuracy
  • Manage high-volume accounts and ensure timely collections
  • Analyze account data to identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams
  • Follow up with customers via phone, email, and other channels to resolve outstanding balances
  • Use Microsoft Excel for reporting, data analysis, and account tracking
  • Investigate and resolve billing disputes in a timely manner
  • Adapt to changing priorities and proactively address issues

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in accounts receivable, cash applications, and reconciliations
  • Experienced with accounting software (e.g., Xero, Pronto) and payment portals (e.g., Coupa, Ariba)
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
