
Key Account Manager

This position is primarily responsible for the planning, development, growth, and management of the ANGKAN business involving other channels and formats. This includes sales and profit growth, account development and general management of opportunistic areas that ANGKAN would explore outside of its current business model. This includes but not limited to leasing, key and institutional accounts development.
Market Planning Research
Ø Identifies, studies, screens and recommends potential business opportunities that the company may pursue by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending plans of actions
Ø Presents recommendations for expanding the company's business in terms of extending its current scope of business without diluting the company's brands as well as compromising its business structure
Ø Designs new business models so as to create new ventures
Business and Marketing Analysis
Ø Understands the market that the company is in as well as the developmental markets that the company may pursue along with the competitive arena the company may operate in
Ø Formulates, recommends, evaluates and approves strategies to achieve profit and revenue targets for new channels and formats.
Ø Identifies possible risks from competition in the new market and develops mitigating strategies to neutralize them
Ø Monitors and analyzes financial performance to improve profitability and ROS for new channels and formats
Ø Identifies possible market for business expansion.
Partnering and Negotiation
Ø Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals
Ø Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Leadership and People Management
Ø Helps develop people under him/her in order to drive productivity and customer satisfaction
Ø Evaluates results of reward programs and motivational techniques;
Ø Coaches and mentors subordinates
Ø Identifies development needs of subordinates and prepares development plan. Evaluates results of learning activities and coaching techniques.
Ø Performs appraisals and provides constructive feedback. Recognizes good performance.
Ø Identifies individuals with high potentials and develops /implements succession / development plan.
Ø Ensures all ANGKAN people related policies and programs and management directives are properly cascaded and implemented within the department.
Problem – Solving and Decision – Making
Ø Uses both quantitative and qualitative data to make sound decisions within area of authority.
Ø Commits to decisions and is prepared to be accountable.
Ø Guides and coaches subordinates in problem-solving and decision - making
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
