Non-Voice Customer Support Representative

We are looking for detail-oriented and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Non-Voice Customer Support Representatives. The successful candidates will handle customer inquiries and concerns primarily through email, chat, or ticketing systems—no phone calls required. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing accurate, efficient, and professional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Process requests such as account updates, refunds, or troubleshooting steps..
  • Maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, quality, and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications:
  • At least a high school graduate; college level or graduate preferred.
  • Excellent written English communication skills (grammar, spelling, and tone).
  • Strong reading comprehension and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a BPO or customer service environment is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficient in computer applications, especially email, chat, and CRM tools.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Must be willing to work in Cebu IT Park City or nearby areas.
