We are looking for vigilant and detail-oriented
Content Moderators
to help ensure a safe and respectful online environment for our users. The role involves reviewing user-generated content across platforms, enforcing community guidelines, and escalating violations when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate user-generated NSFW content (text, images, videos) to ensure compliance with platform policies.
- Identify and remove content that violates community standards, including hate speech, harassment, explicit material, and misinformation.
- Respond to user reports and escalate complex cases to relevant teams.
- Maintain consistency and accuracy in moderation decisions.
- Provide feedback to improve moderation tools and processes.
- Stay informed on emerging content trends and policy updates.
Qualifications:
- Experience in content moderation or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of internet culture and online safety practices.
- Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive or graphic content professionally.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal (C1 level proficiency)
- Familiarity with moderation tools and systems is a plus.
Working Conditions:
- Willing to work in our office located in
Mandaue City, Cebu. - May require shift work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Exposure to graphic or sensitive content; wellness support will be provided.
