About the role

This is a full-time remote/work-from-home role as a Content Moderator with ORIENT HOPE AGENCIES INC. (FOR. SEA HORSE MANNING)' based in Mandaue City, Cebu. You will be responsible for reviewing and moderating online content to ensure it meets the company's standards and guidelines. This is a critical role in supporting the company's customer service and content operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Review and moderate user-generated content such as comments, images, and videos to ensure compliance with company policies
  2. Flag and remove any inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
  3. Provide feedback and recommendations for content improvements
  4. Collaborate with the content and customer service teams to address issues and improve processes
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and changes in the industry
