About the role

We are urgently hiring for the role of Content Moderator at Victorian Placement Agency', located in Cebu City, Cebu. This is a full-time position. As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure it adheres to the company's guidelines and policies. No prior BPO experience is required for this role.

What you'll be doing

  • Review user-generated content such as images, videos, and text to identify any potentially inappropriate or harmful material
  • Take appropriate action to remove or flag content that violates the company's guidelines
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the content moderation process
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall user experience
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of your actions and decisions
  • Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies regarding content moderation
