The opportunity

As a Content Moderator at RICHSHIP MANAGEMENT (MANILA) INC', you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and safety of online content. Key responsibilities

  1. Review and assess various forms of online content, including text, images, and videos, to identify and remove any inappropriate, harmful, or illegal material
  2. Adhere to established content moderation guidelines and policies to ensure consistent decision-making
  3. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving content moderation processes and policies
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex content-related issues
  5. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost care
  6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the content moderation system through data analysis and insights

What we're looking for

  1. Strong attention to detail and the ability to quickly and accurately review a high volume of content
  2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey findings and recommendations
  3. Demonstrable understanding of online safety, digital ethics, and relevant laws and regulations
  4. Ability to remain calm and objective when dealing with challenging or sensitive content
  5. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  6. Experience in a customer service or content moderation role is preferred, but not required
