About the Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Content Moderator to join our team at Innodata Knowledge Services, Inc. in Mandaue City, Cebu. As a Content Moderator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and appropriateness of digital content across our platforms. What You'll Be Doing

  1. Review and evaluate NSFW digital content such as text, images, and multimedia to ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines
  2. Identify and flag inappropriate, offensive, or potentially harmful content for further action
  3. Provide feedback and recommendations to improve the quality and relevance of content
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address content-related issues and implement strategies for continuous improvement
  5. Maintain accurate records and documentation of your content moderation activities
  6. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with industry best practices

What We're Looking For

  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 Level)
  2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
  3. Good analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address content-related issues
  4. Familiarity with content moderation best practices and an understanding of online safety and digital citizenship
  5. Proficiency in using various software and digital tools for content review and moderation
  6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  7. Previous experience in content moderation or a related field is preferred, but not required
