Service Admin Staff

Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to the service department, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Handle documentation, filing, and processing of service requests and reports.
  • Coordinate schedules, service orders, and communication between technicians, customers, and other departments.
  • Monitor service job progress and update records accurately.
  • Assist in preparing invoices, billing, and other service-related documents.
  • Maintain databases and ensure records are up to date.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and escalate service concerns when necessary.
  • Support the team in process improvement and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any Business Administration, Management, or related course.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, preferably in a service-related industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge in ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Team player with a strong sense of accountability and urgency.
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php695.00 per day
