Job Description
- Provide administrative support to the service department, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Handle documentation, filing, and processing of service requests and reports.
- Coordinate schedules, service orders, and communication between technicians, customers, and other departments.
- Monitor service job progress and update records accurately.
- Assist in preparing invoices, billing, and other service-related documents.
- Maintain databases and ensure records are up to date.
- Respond to customer inquiries and escalate service concerns when necessary.
- Support the team in process improvement and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any Business Administration, Management, or related course.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, preferably in a service-related industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge in ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-oriented, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Team player with a strong sense of accountability and urgency.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
