KP Global Shipping Inc. is looking for a dependable and proactive Admin/Office Staff member to join our growing logistics team. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and ready to grow in the shipping industry, we want to hear from you

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain physical and digital filing systems, organize databases, and ensure records are easily accessible and up-to-date.
  • Providing general office support to staff and visitors

and suppliers

  • Organizing and maintaining records and files, handling office supplies and equipment
  • Supporting the operations team with various administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, or any related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Preferably with 1 year of experience in admin, or any related field is required in this position
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Good communication and time management abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office tools
  • Willing to work onsite and under pressure
