As a fulltime Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional non-voice account support to our valued customers, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed efficiently and effectively.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, or other non-voice communication channels
  • Accurately document customer interactions and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Provide product information and guidance to customers
  • Identify and escalate complex or sensitive customer cases as needed
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continually enhance your skills
  • Contribute to the development of improved customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Proficient in using various software and technology platforms
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional customer service training or experience is preferred
