Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective and timely technical support to business users.
  • Help manage, maintain, and improve the Messaging and Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Respond to and resolve client support requests in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Monitor and manage tickets in the team's
    ServiceNow
    queue.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation for processes and testing, stored in
    Microsoft Teams
    channels.
  • Create and update comprehensive technical and procedural documentation.
  • Participate in
    Change Advisory Board (CAB)
    meetings and support the change management process.
  • Participate in a
    24x7 on-call rotation
    to ensure continuous support coverage.
  • Travel to other office locations occasionally, as business needs arise.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science
    ,
    Information Technology
    ,
    Engineering
    , or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years
    of proven work experience in a
    Messaging support environment
    .
  • Recent hands-on experience with Microsoft Exchange Server
    and
    Exchange Online (Hybrid)
    is a
    must
    .

  • Strong experience with:

  • PowerShell scripting

  • Microsoft 365
    (Office 365)
  • Microsoft Teams
  • OneDrive for Business
  • Active Directory
    (on-premises and Azure AD/Entra ID)
  • Microsoft Intune

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex messaging and collaboration issues quickly and efficiently.

  • Experience with
    migration projects
    (e.g., tenant-to-tenant, on-prem to cloud) is highly beneficial.
  • Solid understanding of operating systems, productivity applications, and secure remote access tools.
  • Flexibility to travel and work outside regular business hours when necessary.
  • Willingness and ability to work varied shift patterns to meet operational requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with users at all levels.
  • Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
