Executive Assistant

A nonprofit foundation dedicated to the professional development of women in the home and domestic arts is seeking an Executive Assistant who will provide high-level administrative support to the foundations' executives by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and performing various clerical and administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of two (2) years' work experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role (preferred)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in computer and IT skills
This position is for a client foundation of the Firm and does not constitute direct employment with the Firm.
