The Junior Executive Producer will play a key role in the production process at Provill Studios, assisting the Executive Producer in overseeing and coordinating various aspects of film and television projects. This role will involve working closely with the production team, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Production Coordination:

  • Assist the Executive Producer in overseeing the day-to-day operations of productions.
  • Coordinate with production departments (e.g., director, producer, editor) to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to timelines.
  • Manage production schedules, budgets, and resources.

Client Relations:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Communicate with clients to address their needs and concerns.
  • Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for clients.

Pre-Production:

  • Assist in the development of pre-production plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate location scouting and securing necessary permits.
  • Assist in the hiring of crew members.

Post-Production:

  • Monitor post-production progress and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with post-production vendors (e.g., editors, sound designers).

Budget Management:

  • Assist in tracking and managing production budgets.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategies for budget optimization.

Risk Management:

  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with productions.
  • Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Film, Visual Communications or a related field
  • Production experience of at least 2 years ideally within the advertising industry or similar industries
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of production workflows and terminology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and professional development
