Job Summary:
The HR Training Officer is responsible for designing, coordinating, and implementing training programs that support employee development and organizational goals. The role involves identifying training needs, creating training materials, evaluating program effectiveness, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry-specific standards in the property management sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess training and development needs through job analysis, performance appraisals, and regular consultation with department heads.
- Develop and implement training programs (both in-house and outsourced) tailored to various roles within the company, including property managers, building personnel, and administrative staff.
- Organize onboarding/orientation programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company and familiarization with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and modify programs as needed to improve learning outcomes.
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance, certifications, and feedback for compliance and audit purposes.
- Coordinate with external training providers and accreditation bodies when necessary.
- Stay updated on the latest training tools, trends, and best practices in the property management and real estate industry.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and performance development programs.
- Prepare regular training reports and updates for HR management and executive leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a property management, real estate, or facilities management environment.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Work Environment:
- Office-based role in Makati City with occasional visits to property sites.
- May require flexibility in schedule for training sessions held outside regular hours or in different locations.
