PRIMARY PURPOSE:

Oversee Operations Department from Deputy Operations Manager, Investigator, and Inspector. Ensure that there is proper communication with the Operations Administrator/Supervisor for any Logistics and Office requirements and Operations Recruitment for completion of manpower for regular posts and incoming take-over.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

a. Facilitate a kick-off meeting before takeover to ensure a smooth transition, the following department must be required:

a. Purchasing Department

b. Logistics Department

c. Operations Admin Department

d. Operations Recruitment Department

e. Warehouse Department

f. Document Control Center Department

b. Facilitate pull-out meeting before Pull out of the client to ensure that all equipment and other logistics and properly accounted for, the following department must be required:

a. Warehouse Department

b. Logistics Department

c. Operations Admin Department

d. Operations Recruitment Department

e. Document Control Center Department

c. Manage the designation on the preparation of the Security Survey and Security Plan and other relative documents needed for Bidding to a prospective client.

d. Weekly reporting to the Board of Directors/Owner on weekly basis or when the need arises.

e. Attends to and represents the Agency to Respective Clients and regulatory bodies.

f. Motivates, Monitors, and Supports, when necessary, all personnel at Operations Department.

g. Ensure that all required investigation reports are submitted on time by the Investigator.

h. Ensure that the Inspector is complying with the Inspection checklist to avoid SOSIA Violations and all are resolved properly.

i. Conduct meetings with other departments about billings when necessary and aid with the solutions to fasten the process.

j. Implement Operations Department improvement as necessary and as required by the needs of clients and Commander Group of Companies.

k. Other Tasks that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
