About the role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Sales & Operation Manager to join our dynamic team at Great Image Services Corporation. In this full-time, on-site role based in Cubao, Quezon City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and overseeing the operational aspects of our growing business. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's commercial success and expansion.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts
  2. Managing a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, mentoring and performance management
  3. Collaborating closely with the operations team to ensure efficient service delivery and a seamless customer experience
  4. Analysing market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
  5. Setting sales targets and KPIs, and tracking progress to ensure the team meets or exceeds goals
  6. Representing the company at industry events and networking functions to raise our profile
  7. Contributing to the overall strategic direction of the business as part of the leadership team

What we're looking for

  1. Significant experience (5+ years) in a sales management or operations management role, ideally within the sales or marketing services industry
  2. Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies that drive revenue growth
  3. Excellent people management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a high-performing team
  4. Strong commercial acumen and analytical capabilities to interpret data and make informed business decisions
  5. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  6. Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
