Are you an accomplished Quantity Surveyor with significant and intensive years of experience in the construction industry? We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who has demonstrated excellence in cost control, project estimation, and contract management in various civil, structural, and architectural works.

This is a critical leadership role for someone who has built a solid reputation in delivering accurate, detailed, and value-driven cost management from pre-construction to project completion.

CORE FUNCTIONS:

Lead and oversee all quantity surveying activities — from cost estimation, budget preparation, tendering, and bid evaluations to project cost monitoring.

Ensure all cost projections, BOQs, and project valuations are precise and aligned with actual site progress.

Manage contract administration including variations, claims, and project documentation.

Provide strategic advice to Project Managers and top management regarding cost efficiency, material optimization, and financial risk assessment.

Coordinate closely with Project Engineers, Procurement, and Accounting for timely project cost reporting and validation.

Review and evaluate subcontractor proposals and progress billings ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.

Uphold cost discipline and contribute to value engineering initiatives for cost-effective project execution

Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and cost management software.

Ability to lead and mentor junior QS staff.

Strong communication and coordination skills across project teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of BS in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

Must have significant and intensive experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry (preferably 8–12 years or more).

Proven track record of successful cost management in medium to large-scale construction projects.

Experience with both developer and contractor environments is a strong advantage.
