URGENT HIRING: PROJECT IN-CHARGE (ROAD PROJECTS)

Location: Cebu, Philippines

Industry: Horizontal Construction / Road Infrastructure Projects

We are in urgent need of a Project In-Charge with solid experience in road construction projects. Candidates without experience in horizontal or road projects need not apply

Scope of Work

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of assigned road construction projects, ensuring timely completion according to plan, specifications, budget, and safety standards.

Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, and subcontractors for effective project execution.

Ensure proper allocation and utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment on-site.

Conduct site inspections, monitor work progress, and ensure adherence to quality and engineering standards.

Prepare and submit project progress reports, work schedules, and accomplishment updates.

Resolve on-site technical issues and ensure compliance with all government and environmental regulations related to road works.

Manage and monitor project documentation, permits, and site correspondence.

Lead safety and quality control initiatives in all project phases.

Core Functions

  1. Project Supervision & Execution – Ensures project deliverables are met through hands-on monitoring of civil, earthworks, concreting, drainage, and pavement activities

  2. Coordination & Reporting – Acts as the key link between field operations, engineers, and management, ensuring transparent communication and timely project documentation.

  3. Resource Management – Manages manpower deployment, equipment scheduling, and material requisition to achieve project efficiency and cost control.

Qualifications:

Graduate of Civil Engineering (Licensed preferred).

Minimum 5 years of experience as Project Engineer or Project In-Charge in horizontal/road construction projects.

Strong leadership, planning, and analytical skills.

Willing to be deployed onsite in Cebu and start ASAP.
