Are you a strong, results-driven leader who has successfully delivered major construction projects from concept to completion?

We are looking for a highly accomplished PROJECT IN-CHARGE (PIC) who is ready to take charge, lead with confidence, and drive operational excellence across all facets of project management.

CORE FUNCTIONS

Lead and manage all on-site construction activities from mobilization to project turnover.

Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost monitoring to ensure timely and profitable delivery.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to achieve seamless project execution.

Ensure strict adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Manage project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions.

Mentor and supervise the site team, fostering accountability and teamwork.

SCOPE OF WORK / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Direct daily site operations and ensure alignment with the master schedule and project objectives.

Interpret and execute project plans, blueprints, and technical drawings.

Conduct regular coordination meetings and prepare project status reports.

Monitor resource allocation (manpower, equipment, materials) to optimize efficiency.

Oversee procurement requests and ensure timely delivery of materials.

Validate work progress for billing and project cost tracking.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and legal standards.

Conduct quality inspections and issue resolution for any site-related concerns.

Prepare project documentation for turnover and final acceptance.

Drive continuous improvement and operational innovation at the site level.
