About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor Head with a proven track record of excellence in the construction industry. This leadership role requires someone who has earned years of solid experience in cost management, estimation, and contract administration — and who can lead, mentor, and inspire a team of QS professionals in delivering accuracy, efficiency, and value across all projects.

Core Functions:

Oversee the entire cost planning, estimation, and quantity surveying operations for multiple projects.

Review and approve Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and tender documents.

Lead the preparation, analysis, and negotiation of contracts, variations, and change orders.

Monitor project financial performance and ensure alignment with budgets and profitability goals.

Coordinate closely with the Project Management, Procurement, Engineering, and Finance Teams.

Provide expert advice to top management regarding cost control, risk assessment, and value engineering.

Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
