We are seeking a Project Surveyor with strong expertise in surveying works for vertical construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring significant experience in the construction industry, ensuring precision in measurements, layout, and monitoring that directly supports project accuracy, timelines, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities (Core Functions):
  • Surveying & Measurement – Conduct site surveys, establish reference points, and ensure accurate measurements for vertical construction projects.
  • Layout & Monitoring – Assist project teams in site layout, alignment, and monitoring of structural works to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
  • Documentation & Coordination – Prepare survey reports, maintain accurate records, and coordinate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Project-in-Charge.

  • Strong knowledge of surveying tools, instruments, and techniques in construction.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, site plans, and blueprints.
  • Proficient in survey software, CAD, and related tools.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under tight project timelines.

  • Effective coordination with engineers and project managers to support project milestones.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Accuracy rate of survey data (target: 100% with minimal to zero discrepancies).
  • On-time delivery of survey results and reports (target: 100% within schedule).
  • Error-free layouts leading to minimal rework or adjustments.
  • Positive feedback from engineers and project managers on survey support.
  • Compliance with safety and quality standards (zero violations).
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of Civil Engineering, Geodetic Engineering, or related field (license is an advantage).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction surveying, preferably in vertical projects.
  • Proficiency in survey instruments (Total Station, GPS, Theodolite, Leveling tools) and CAD software.
  • Willingness to be deployed to Cebu City project sites.
