Position: General HR

As a General HR, you will play a key role in maintaining a positive and efficient work environment. You'll handle the core areas of HR such as recruitment, employee relations, performance monitoring, and payroll coordination. We're looking for someone who's proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping people grow within the company.


Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities
  • Prepare and manage monthly HR reports and performance evaluations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower and training needs
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR Management, or related field
  • At least 1–2 years experience in HR or administrative functions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, reliable, and can handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Willing to work onsite (or hybrid, if applicable)
