Duties and Responsibilities

  • Facilitate hands-on training sessions for both new hires and existing store staff, focusing on store operations, customer service, kitchen workflows, and food preparation standards.
  • Conduct training for newly hired employees during store openings or as assigned by management to ensure smooth and efficient operational readiness.
  • Demonstrate proper cooking, portioning, plating, and food handling techniques in line with company recipes and quality standards.
  • Provide orientation on daily store operations, including order-taking procedures, service flow, sanitation practices, and proper use of equipment.
  • Ensure all stores adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), food safety regulations, and cleanliness requirements.
  • Assess and monitor trainees' performance, giving constructive feedback and submitting evaluations or recommendations to the Operations Department.
  • Collaborate with the HR and Operations teams in organizing training schedules, monitoring manpower readiness, and conducting post-training assessments.
  • Participate in the creation and enhancement of training materials, operational checklists, and standard recipe guides to maintain training quality.
  • Provide on-site support during new store openings, guiding staff through the soft opening and transition to regular operations.
  • Conduct follow-up visits or refresher trainings in existing stores to reinforce consistency in operational and service standards.
  • Prepare and submit training reports, outlining activities, trainee progress, and any identified operational concerns.
  • Foster teamwork, professionalism, and a culture of excellence among store personnel throughout the training and operational phases.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
