Job description:
Job Responsibilities:
- Review resumes, track candidates through the hiring process, and communicate with candidates.
- Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and ensure interview panels are arranged.
- Maintain and update employee files and HR databases with accurate information regarding personal details, employment history, etc
- Assist with payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee work hours, leave data, and other payroll-related information.
- Support employees during benefits enrollment, answering questions and ensuring paperwork is completed correctly.
- Track and monitor employee attendance, sick days, and vacation requests. Assist in maintaining records of employee leaves
- Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Support the organization of employee engagement activities, events, and programs to promote a positive work environment.
- Assist in organizing and filing HR documents such as employee contracts, policies, and training materials.
Job qualification:
- Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related course.
- Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in HR functions such as recruitment, timekeeping, employee records management, or benefits processing (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Proficient in MS Office applications and with good attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Has good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Trustworthy, reliable, and able to handle confidential information.
- Willing to work on-site.
