Key Responsibilities

  • Input and update data into spreadsheets, databases, or company systems
  • Verify accuracy of source documents before encoding
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Organize and file digital records for easy retrieval
  • Generate reports based on encoded data when required
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure data consistency
  • Perform quality checks to minimize errors

Qualifications

  • High school graduate or college level (any course)
  • Typing speed of at least 40–50 words per minute
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and Word
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Experience in data entry or clerical work is a plus

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems
  • Basic knowledge of data privacy protocols
  • Good communication skills
  • Adaptability to repetitive tasks
