Link Energie Industries Co., Inc. is looking for Safety Managers with strong safety records in the construction industry.

As a Safety Manager, you will be in charge of ensuring that the construction site operates with the highest safety standards. In partnership with the Operations team, the Safety Manager is expected to drive completion of the projects on time, on budget and with safety as top priority.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Implements the company's Quality, Environment, Health and Safety (QEHS) policies and procedures.
  • Identifies and analyzes degree of risk level at the project site.
  • Implements policies on how to prevent and correct measures on identified aspects and hazards.
  • Provides analysis on accidents, investigation reports and submits it to the site and Head Office QEHS Committee.
  • Prepare root cause analysis on incidents/accidents and includes his analysis in the accident investigation reports.
  • Ensures compliance to regulatory requirements.
  • Presides the site's QEHS Committee in coordination with the respective Project Manager.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Management, or any related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of Safety, at least 3 years in supervisory/managerial safety position; preferably in the Construction industry or related fields
  • Experience in formulating policy, developing and implementing new strategies and procedures related to Safety in the Construction industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Workspace
