Job Description:

  • Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time, including deductions, overtime, and benefits.
  • Possess a strong personality and adaptability to effectively deal with different types of people across the organization.
  • Handle employee concerns regarding payroll with a strong personality and ability to communicate directly and professionally.
  • Maintain payroll records with confidentiality, integrity, and flexibility — not picky and able to handle tasks across all employee levels.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any business-related or accounting course (or equivalent).
  • With proven experience in payroll preparation and government statutory compliance.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and payroll systems/software.
  • Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and organized.
  • Must have a strong personality and good communication skills.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
