Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end processing of payroll for a high volume of employees across different client accounts.
  • Collect, verify, and encode daily time records, attendance, and overtime data.
  • Ensure accurate computation of salaries, allowances, deductions, and adjustments.
  • Prepare and process government contributions and reports (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR).
  • Generate payslips and distribute to employees in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update payroll records and employee master data.
  • Address employee inquiries and concerns related to payroll, deductions, and benefits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, HR, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in payroll or a related function; experience in a manpower or staffing agency is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Philippine payroll processes, labor laws, and statutory requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with payroll systems or HRIS is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to handle large volumes of data.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
